Jackson kayaks are 100% MADE IN THE USA. All parts are sourced USA made and constructed in in Sparta Tennesse. Buckley's gets great support from the company, the rep lives in Newaygo, and he often swings by with boats to show off!

We love the sleek, comfortable Riviera. An excellent sit on top choice for sun tanning or problem backs and knees.  A lawn chair for the river that is super stable and turns on a dime.

2013 Reel Paddling Film Festival

Buckleys is proud to announce the return of the Reel Paddling Film Festival to Mt Pleasant, Saturday March 16th, 7pm at the Mount Pleasant Brewing Company. Tickets $12 available online and at the Brewery. All proceeds benefit the Chippewa Watershed Conservancy. There will be a second showing at CMU Park Library Auditorium, free to students 6pm March 16th

The festival inspires more people to explore rivers, lakes and oceans, push physical and emotional extremes, embrace the lifestyle and appreciate the heritage of the wild places people paddle.The main objective is to inspire opportunities to recreate and to promote reasons why we need to care of our environment. Fall Colors Brewers Paddle

Join us for the second Brewers Paddle of the year! The spring one was so much fun we planned a trip to enjoy Fall colors and of course beer! We will meet at the Mount Pleasant Brewing Company at 12 Sunday October 7th, fill souvenir, refillable Buckleys Beer Bottles with 22oz of craft beer and then Buckleys will drive the lucky paddlers to School road for a 2-3 hour trip during predicted peak colors.

Buckleys will then return the crew to the Brewery for a chili, chili dog, corn bread, cash bar after party! All for only $30 a person make reservations at the Brewery or at Buckley's 9897725437, limited kayak space so call today!

This year we will be staffed during Wheatland Weekend! So if you aren't at the festival or at the CMU MSU game come on it to Buckley's for a wonderful weekend paddle. Open 10-5:30 Friday Saturday and Sunday. We will close if it chooses to rain :)
